The Setai went above and beyond our expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, offering complimentary champagne and a late check-out. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with three pools of different temperatures, including an adults-only pool. The beach access was convenient and the cabanas were plentiful and free. The hotel's in-house restaurant served some of the best food we've ever had, and the Alice app made it easy to book dinner and order poolside drinks.
